This place was quiet and the staff was super-friendly and amiable. The location was good, not too far from Vietnam Military History Museum. Btw, went to city center, located not too far from the hotel. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The room had a fridge and small balcony, which was nice. the aircon worked well and was quiet. the location was fantastic, close to the lake and everything happening there. There were plenty of options to eat and drink nearby. the WiFi was also good. the TV had English-speaking films, so it was great for chilling in the afternoons. Walking distance to the train station and lots of public transport nearby.
The room wasn't well sealed, so mosquitos easily got in and out. the towels were stained and dirty, and so were the bedsheets.

The friendly staff at Hoang Kien Hotel always had a smile and were happy to help. They even helped carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The hotel is well located in the center of the Old Quarters, making it easy to explore and find places to eat and drink. The room had a fridge and a small balcony, and the air conditioning worked well. The WiFi was reliable and the TV had English-speaking films. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.
